Abstrak. Fokus umum riset ini adalah perbedaan pembingkaian berita pembunuhan antara harian Asahi Shinbun dan Yomiuri Shinbun. Secara lebih khusus, akan ditelaah pembingkaian lewat: (a) pilihan kata (simbol) serta penonjolan atau minimalisasi realitas yang dilakukan dalam judul, teras, dan tubuh berita; (b) motif yang melatarbelakangi pembingkaian peristiwa kedua surat kabar tersebut. Data penelitian, yang berupa berita pembunuhan terhadap seorang gadis yang dimuat pada harian Asahi Shinbun dan Yomiuri Shinbun,dikaji dengan analisis pembingkaian (framing analysis, sebagai salah satu Critical Discourse Analysis. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: Asahi mengaburkan tersangka pembunuhan dan seolah-olah menyalahkan korban, sedang Yomiuri mengungkap fakta orang–orang yang dicurigai melakukan pembunuhan dan lebih berpihak pada korban. Asahi bersikukuh pada objektivitas dalam tradisi positivisme dan linguistik deskriptif, sedang Yomiuri menjaga “etika partisipatoris” (participatory ethic), yang berpihak pada korban, subalternan, dan kelompok lemah dan dilemahkan oleh struktur sosial yang tidak adil, terutama dalam masyarakat kapitalistik.

ABSTRACT
The issue of “all together exclamation” Regional Regulation (Qanun) No. 002/2013 dated on 2 January 2013, which is signed by Mayor of Lhokseumawe Suaidi Yahya, Leader of  DPRK Saifuddin Yunus, Leader of MPU Tengku Asnawi Abdullah, and Leader of MAA Tengku Usman Budiman, causes pro and contra responds. The essence of this regional regulation is for the upright of Islamic shari’a in kaffah (total perfection) and well keeping of Aceh people cultural values and customs, adult woman who gets a lift on motor cycle is forbidden to bestride (duek phang). This new regional regulation strikes public opinion from varied people, not only Lhokseumawe people, Nangroe Aceh Darussalam, it also however gets reactions from other regions. There are not only few supporters, but also many protesters.
Eventhough it rises many polemics, scientific studies on qanun are very rare. The previous study, which applied Derrida deconstruction, found a proof that qanun text is full with intrinsic dispute in it (contradictio in terminis). The writer discusses qanun from critical discourse analysis perspective (Bungin 2011), especially knowledge-authority relation genealogy of Michel Foucault. The interpretation of this qanun finds hidden motifs behind that regional regulation agreement, namely: in a long period the City Government of Lhokseumawe purposes to muffle public protest movement and  immobilize Aceh woman feminist movement, and in a short period it aims to divert the attention and watch of public on corruption act of local authorities.

ABSTRACT
Tourism T-shirt with unique and funny words of textual graphic design are found in many cities in Indonesia, however which make use of parikan oral tradition have not been found, so it is necessary to start bravely a parikan design tourism t-shirt production. Many sources of parikan can be exploited, the parikan of ludruk artist creation as well as from campursari song creators, classic parikan and plesetan, also erotic parikan of individual creators, sounded in shows as well as recorded in cassettes, CD, DVD, and internet. There are varied parikan which can be explored as the subject of tourism t-shirt graphic design, and every type has its own market target according to typography consideration and communication norms. It needs requirements to sell tourism t-shirt: fulfilling market need, defining valuable product, offering unique subject, and entering market with the precise name.

ABSTRAK
Kaos wisata berdesain grafis tekstual kata-kata unik dan lucu ada di banyak kota di Indonesia, tetapi yang memanfaatkan tradisi lisan parikan belum ada, maka perlu keberanian memulai produksi kaos wisata berdesain parikan. Banyak sumber parikan dapat dimanfaatkan, baik parikan karya cipta seniman ludruk, pencipta lagu campursari, maupun parikan klasik serta parikan pelesetan dan erotik karya orang per orang, baik yang terlantunkan dalam pertunjukan maupun yang terekam dalam kaset, CD, DVD, maupun internet. Ada bermacam-macam parikan yang dapat dieksplorasi sebagai materi desain grafis kaos wisata, dan setiap macamnya memiliki pangsa pasarnya sendiri menurut perhitungan tipografi dan kesesuaian norma komunikasi. Untuk memasarkan kaos wisata, diperlukan syarat: memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, memastikan produk bernilai, menawarkan sesuatu yang unik, dan memasuki pasar dengan nama yang tepat.
